Every retread is manufactured using an individual mold in a high temperature - high pressure curing process.  With curing temperatures exceeding 325º and pressures of over 180 PSI, the retread process may far exceed any severity you will put your tire through in service. Each tire is then hand finished and static balanced to new tire tolerances.  These hand crafted and labor intensive methods ensure our products meet our goal for producing the best quality aircraft retread on the market today, bar none.
